We will soon offer our Coffee Experiences to the public.
Home Brewing: This will be a small group session that will take you from where coffee is grown to how to make the perfect cup at home. This will include a range of brewing methods, such as pour-over, French press, AeroPress and Moka Pot. We will guide you through the process of selecting the right coffee beans, grinding them to the perfect consistency, and using the correct water temperature and brewing time. You’ll also learn about the different flavour profiles and how to achieve the best taste from each brewing method.
Barista Training: This can be anything from one-on-one sessions at home to group sessions in our Roastery. We will teach you everything you need to know behind the bar, as well as the basics of coffee. Our training covers espresso extraction, milk steaming and frothing, latte art, and proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment. You’ll also gain knowledge about different coffee origins, roast levels, and how to create a well-balanced coffee menu. Whether you’re looking to become a professional barista or just want to impress your friends and family, our comprehensive training will give you the skills and confidence you need.
Coffee Cupping: Yes, you heard that right. This is actually the most important part of a Coffee Roastery. It involves the process of tasting and checking the quality of our roasting. This is similar to wine tasting, and the great part is you can drive yourself back home. This activity is great for team building and for those who want to start learning more about coffee.
